Here is Stormshadow V2 1988 in good used condition. Fairly stiff and tight all over. But head is a bit loose. Screw in the back may need to be longer as it keeps spinning but is fully attached. Not much visible play ware.

I almost always replace the O'Ring and Back Screw of my GI Joe figures before taking their pictures.
