This is the Hasbro Star Wars 30th Anniversary McQuarrie Concept Darth Vader 28 3.75" Action Figure. It has been in storage since I got it years ago. I just do not have space for anything anymore and I am slowly unloading onto Ebay. This is brand new and never removed from the box and In great condition as seen in the photos.
