Condition: Elastic in sleeves has lost its stretch, the fabric is a little sheer in chest/bodice. There are a few places were the stitching could use enforcement. On the waist.. It just looks like loose stitching or loose threads on one side near sash. See last photo. This will be beautiful on your little one.
