The Martin High Compensated Bone Saddle for Acoustic Guitar is a quality replacement or upgrade for your Martin acoustic guitar.
The benefits of a naturally hard bone saddle include maximum tone transference to your soundboard and a long life. Bone is the traditional nut and saddle material for all respected guitar companies and is still preferred by many players, guitar techs and luthiers. Shaping is more precise on this harder material and there's better transfer between the strings and the soundboard. This saddle is fully compensated to help improve intonation but will need notched and height checked before use, otherwise it is a drop in fit for many Martin acoustic guitars. Please double check all the dimensions to ensure a good fit.
