  • We like to do our bit for the environment so will use recycled packaging, if we can.
  • Items listed with Royal Mail 2nd Class postage may be switched to 3-5 day courier, at our discretion, and vice verse.
  • Payment must be received by midday to guarantee next day delivery, when offered.
  • Any items that are being sent via a courier MAY incur an extra charge when shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and remote international areas. These surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer and no items will be dispatched until they have been paid.
  • Contact us prior to bidding/purchasing for cost of shipping to any countries not already listed.

    • Lost/Damaged Post:

    On the very rare occasions that something goes wrong we will gladly assist any buyer.

  • If you have items that you suspect may be lost in transit.  We do ask that you have patience in this matter and allow time for the parcel to arrive.  If it has not arrived within what you feel is a reasonable period, please contact us.
  • If you have received a damaged item.  Please ensure that you retain all packaging and contact us immediately via eBay messages.

    • Once we are aware of the problem we will discuss with you the best way forward.

    Our items are from major high street stores and catalogues and are either surplus stock, damaged packaging, ex-display, customer returns or end of season clearance.

    All items are new, unless stated, but a random sample may have been opened and checked for quality control, and to ensure that we describe our products as honestly and accurately as possible.

    Boxes/Packaging may show signs of wear, such as where stickers have been removed.  In exceptional cases damage to the original box may result in a replacement brown box being used.
