Each year Quad-A, the Association of Army Aviation, meets for professional education, to view the latest aviation advances, and for camaraderie. Highlights are the swag and the hospitality suites. This festive western bandana, measuring about 24" x 24" and printed on one side only, was given out by the Ft. Worth Texas chapter in 1986 at their hospitality suite as enticement to attend the subsequent year's convention in Ft. Worth. It is New, Old Stock - that is, it is VINTAGE (from 1986) but has never been used, washed, or worn. It belonged to my father, a career army aviator and member of the Cub Club (first class of army aviators). For much of his life, and particularly after retirement, attending Quad-A conventions was an annual life highlight.
