Brand new, high quality, Rajay turbo carbon seal-plate insert. This is the correct, modern style seal plate that fits the 4 piece style carbon seals that are available today. Some of the older Rajay turbos on Corvairs, etc. used a press in style seal that is no longer available. This insert plate allows you to install the current seal in your turbo.
