This is a listing for a Vintage FOSTORIA GLASS COMPANY #6099 Vogue Water Goblet. This is a work in progress as this decoration is incomplete, without a metal band. If it had a gold band, the pattern is "Golden Song" and platinum band it becomes "Love Song". This has the Fostoria name signed on the base. This is clear in color. This was in the glass factory design morgue at the time of the factory's closing and was made by the Fostoria Glass Company in Moundsville, West Virginia, USA.
This is in nice vintage condition, as seen. The pattern is lacking a metal band and therefore unfinished. It is not unusual for Sample or Example items, from the glass Morgue to be unfinished, have flaws or damage as these were for factory reference.
This measures approximately 6 3/4" high & 3 3/4" in diameter.
