One Size Fits All, with Straps and a lovely Blue Triangle design. I'm a broadish 5"10 or so guy and it fits me, a bit snug but I could use it, and it comes down to my knees. 

In fantastic shape! Has been sitting in a closet for years. Not really sure which family member it came from.
