The Synergy Manufacturing 8025-01 Heavy-Duty Steering Kit is designed to significantly upgrade the factory steering system on Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models. This complete steering linkage system replaces the stock tie rod and drag link with heavy-duty adjustable components built from high-strength DOM steel. The improved construction delivers increased durability and reliability for vehicles running suspension lifts, large tires, or used in demanding off-road conditions.
A key advantage of the Synergy steering kit is its single-plane tie rod end design, which helps eliminate the unwanted movement commonly seen between the drag link and tie rod in factory systems. This design improves steering precision and reduces the likelihood of steering “roll” when the suspension articulates. The kit includes adjustable linkage components, allowing precise alignment and steering geometry correction after lift installation.
Engineered specifically for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models, the kit installs using factory mounting locations and integrates easily with aftermarket suspension upgrades.
