 Clean used condition , all original , not cracked / broken . No bad dents / dings . Age related cosmetic marks , will clean up great with a scotch brite !  its as it was removed from a low ( 80 ) hours bike .

Please remember you are buying a vintage  25 year old Front Exhaust  , so yes its used ,and not new !!
