Net mesh with all over sparkle that can be iridescent as it catches and moves with light! One side of neckline is uneven. One side of bottom hem "puckers" up. No tags and size based on dress form. Shown on dress form with different potential uses. Material is stretchy and has "bounce" like a bungee cord or similar when laid flat.
