HC Solid Wood Charcuterie Board that measures 13" x 11" and is 3/4" thick.  It has two sections and a 1/4" indention into the entire surface, with one side flat and the other side with a 1/4" trench around it.  It would be suitable for meats. cheeses, veggies and fruits.  Or one side could be used for breads and crackers.  It is brand new, never used/  I think the wood is Acacia wood.  Very nice board.   Weight:  1 lb 12 oz unpackaged.

CARE:  Since it is wood.  NEVER soak wood cutting boards or serve boards or anything else wood used as kitchen ware in water.  It will ruin the piece and make it come apart.  The best care of a new board such as this would be to wash it thoroughly in warm soapy water and air dry.  You can also clean with 1 tsp of bleach to 1 gallon of water, allowed to set for 2 minutes and then air dry.  You can apply a light coat of a blocking oil or food grade mineral oil.  This should be done about one time a month to preserve the wood.
