Lovely set of a collection of Tibetan Buddhist temple offering cups, consisting of a tray of 5 x small cups, 1 larger and 2 smaller lidded cups each on a plate, with a golden coloured lotus design on a white background.
Dimensions:
Tray 26.5cm x 6 deep x 2.5cm high; cups 4.5 high x 4cm across
Largest lidded pot: 11cm high x 8cm across; plate 10.5 cm across; smaller lidded pots: 8cm high x 5.5cm across; plate 7.5 cm.
I have included a link below to some of the rituals associated with Buddhist worship; there is lots of other information freely available! The lotus flower in Buddhism represents a state of wisdom and enlightenment; Offering cups are used in temples, shrines, and home altars and filled with offerings every morning as a way of collecting merit and virtue.

Condition is excellent, but they are not new. Some very faint wear on the gilding to the front of the tray (see photos for visual checks)
