The $5 is non refundable diagnosing fee, if the phone is fixable you will asked to pay extra $80 so the total will be $85 but if the phone is not fixable you only lose the $5 that you paid already, no extra fee.

We usually fix the phone the same day we received and ship it back the next business day.
