This bespoke Single Spool Filament Dry Box comes prebuilt, taking the time and effort out of making your own storage solution. Provides a consistent low humidity environment for your 1.75mm 3D filament.

Appearance may vary, we use a range of hygrometers, colour of filament and containers but all have the same dimensions.

This box will fit a limited range of filament roll sizes from 250g up to 1kg. See image measurements to check if your spool will fit.

Distance between outer and inner rim - between 6-8cm

Q&A

Q. What weight of filament does this box take?

A. I have tested it with Monoprice PLA+ 1kg and Amazon Basicfil PLA 500g both work very well. You will need to adjust the spacing of the bearings to accommodate thinner rolls of filament.

Q. How often do I have to recharge the silica bag?

A. Provided the silica is not exposed to the open air for a long period of time, it shouldn't need recharging for at least a year. If however, you do notice the humidity creeping over 30% (wait at least 24hrs after opening the box for an accurate reading) then it can be as easy as popping it in the microwave.
