Unfortunately, since these parts are quite heavy and large we cannot offer free shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii nor Alaska. We do offer shipping to these areas, but it will be based upon UPS quotations. Please feel free to contact us directly.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's as UPS will not deliver to these locations.

We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our products performance. Shipping Fees are non-refundable and all orders with free shipping will have shipping charges deducted. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. If for any reason you find it necessary to alter a product you must receive written consent from a Salem Auto Parts Inc. technician. This warranty will not cover surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings or dust covers. If a replacement is required prior to returning the defective product, a deposit for the replacement may be required. The deposit charge will be refunded upon receipt of the warrantied item.
Return: Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return auto parts that: - Are in their original packaging -Not used, installed or disassembled -Not damaged by improper installation We will issue a full refund for any returned car parts if your return meets the above requirements, less ours 15% restocking fee.The cost of shipping (if available) will be credited only in cases where the return is a result of our error or contains a defective car part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of returning and a 15% restocking fee of the refund.
