We will send you a console to use until we fix and return your console. How this works: 1.)We will send you a good working console. 2.)We will provide you a shipping label to return your defective console in the same box you received our console in. 3.)We will fix your defective console as long as it is repairable and we return it to you. 3.) You will receive another shipping label to return our original console back to us.
**If your console that you send to us is found to be Non-Repairable, you have the option to 1.)Purchase the original console we sent.(approx. $850-1050) and we can make you an offer for your defective unit for parts. or 2.) We will refund your purchase and You will Return our original console to us and we will ship your defective console back to you. All 4 shipping charges at $22ea. ($88 will be deducted from refund as well as a $50 troubleshooting charge). Shipping charges do not get refunded.
