This Silverplate flower arranger is made by the Crescent Silver Co. It is 2 pieces. The bottom is a footed bowl. The top is a screen with holes for the flower stems. Some of the holes resemble tulips. It is 11 3/4” wide and 6” tall. The bowl has a depth of 2 1/8” to hold water. I have not polished this piece. I don’t see any dents or major scratches. It appears to be in good condition. The letters X and Y have been scratched on the bottom.
