30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with our eBay return policy.
Warranty After 30 Days
- ISUMO® parts: 30-day returns, plus warranty replacement up to 90 days from the purchase date (exchange for the same item).
- Other brands: after the 30-day return period, the part is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms differ by brand, so please check the manufacturer's website or contact them directly.
- For warranty replacements, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement.
- Proof of purchase date is required.
- Please message us before sending an item back so we can confirm the shipping cost.
What the Warranty Covers
Failures caused by defects in materials or manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or improper installation.
Any alteration, modification or tampering with the item voids the warranty and the right to return it. Altered items are not eligible for any credit.
Before You Return an Item
- Please message us first, before sending the item back or opening a return request, with a clear description of the issue and photos showing the problem.
- Please allow us up to a maximum of 2 business days to respond. Most of the time we reply much sooner, and every message is answered by a real person on our team, not a bot. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).
No Local Pickup
Our location has no customer access, so local pickup and walk-ins are not available. All orders are shipped to the address on your eBay order.
Return Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Please include a dated photo of the item when you ship it back.
Please double-check that you are returning the same brand-new part we sent you. When replacing a part, it is easy to mix up our new part with the old one removed from your vehicle. Returned items are inspected and matched to our part, so old, used or different parts returned in place of ours are not eligible for any credit or refund.
