I have this so long do not recall where was made.   This item goes back to the
start of Ebay and was a seller in NC  who made table top Feng Shui Waterfalls
to your request.  It was made to nalance a room and bring you luk and peace,

I think paid $150 back then and simply got put away, lost and never used and
now simply have no interest in using it.

I did test it and works as would be expected.  I noticed on the 12vdc power
supply as connected to the unit with a male on supply to a female coming 
from the unit it required twisting to make a good connection.  This is a minor
issue and does not effect usage and image the metal is oxidized from not
being used in 30 years and use will solve this issue.  

This is not a cute plastic / ceramic fountain, or 3D printed or any of the cute
things now done... this is the real deal and they have a very solid and warm
white noise soothing sound.   This is old enough now can call it vintage.
Not seen one like it sold in 25 years... so if you missed the boat now is the
time to get it.   It comes with the original instructions and  Feng Shui placement
and house balancing instructions.  Not seen another like it in 30 years/
