Please note that glycerine filled gauges need to be vented to atmosphere or they can drift off zero with temperature changes. If your gauge is received off zero then this is likely the cause. Simply carefully remove and replace the bung in the top of the case and it should return to zero. Once permanently installed (in an upright position) the bung should be pierced to allow it to vent continuously
