The taste of ramson powder is between mild chives and strong garlic. It has a huge popularity in Germany.
They use it in soups and salads, with vegetables and under cottage cheese and plain cheese.
With a little olive oil, it is also very suitable for use in pesto, instead of basil. Or use ramson in aioli and vinaigrettes.
Although it tastes like garlic, it doesn't leave you with bad breath.
