We are based in the UK, priding ourselves in offering excellent customer service. Our items are shipped using Royal Mail 24-hour delivery. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. We are committed to do our best for the environment and are proud to be working with our manufacturing partners enabling us to return empty cartridges as part of their recycling programs, and with other market-leading recycling partners.

Returns policy:

Please get in touch with us if you wish to return your order for any reason. If an item is faulty we will bear return postage. The buyer pays return postage if the item was ordered in error and is unopened. Please contact us first for a return number before requesting a return via eBay. If an item is returned without an RMA reference we cannot guarantee a refund.

Recycling:

We are proud to work with HP in the Planet Partners recycling program and with Canon UK and Europe recycling. All empty Ink can be returned to Cartridge King at no cost to our customers. The products received go into the closed-loop manufacturing process with no material going to landfill. Please contact us for more details. Thank you.
