HP Elitebook 8470p for parts

This laptop is needs work done in order to make it work. One day before it went bad the mouse stop responding to clicks so I tried rebooting it and it never rebooted. It may be still working maybe the ram needs to be changed. When I try turning it on the WiFi,airplane mode and mute buttons blinks and does nothing after that. This auction is ideal if you have a broken screen. I don't remember what processor it has since I cannot start it up. The processor is 64-bit, can run Virtual Machines. It is compatible with Windows 10 but not Windows 11. It doesn't come with RAM, HDD,Batteries or power cables. It also has stickers.
