exact item shown, removed from a dead piece of industrial equipment (see, I didn't say "removed from working equipment, implying it was still good, this was removed from a dead piece of equipment and then I tested it). I tested at 115VAC because that was handy, and it's a good test because if the bearings are sticky it won't run right - well it ran right, so I'm declaring it good.  If you run it at 115VAC it's very quiet, of course it will make more noise at 220.
