Standard carrier shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your geographic location for the package to reach its destination. Standard shipments are sent by USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Shipping Charges will be stated within the item listing. If the item you are purchasing states "Free Shipping", this is for standard ground shipping method only. Ground shipments are sent by a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Free Shipping is available only for orders shipping within the Domestic United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories do not qualify.

Returned items must be in new condition with original Unopened Packaging.
ThriftyPharm.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.
Items returned in new condition with original packaging not more than 14 days after delivery date will not be charged a re-stocking fee. Any products returned 14 or more days from date of delivery may incur a 20% re-stocking fee or may be rejected for return..
Please report any damages, shortages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
Before returning anything, Customers must request a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information on hand when e-mailing for an RA number:
- Customer name
- eBay Order ID
- Nature of the problem
It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned back to you.
Once your return has been received and processed a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and a confirmation will be sent.
