Similar in style to Nuremburg bowls dating to the 16th/17th century but I do not know the history of the bowl so have not tried to date the piece.

Condition: In a very presentable condition, showing signs of age with some surface cracking but no visible gaps, unpolished and tarnished lightly, there are some marks, possibly paint. Some corrosion to the steel ring. Slightly out of shape.

Size: 51cm (20") diameter, 12.5cm (5") high, 3.2kg.
