Shipping Policy:
Orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed, and payment has been received. Business hours are Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped within the next 3 to 5 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange or money back per customer preference only on items that are not in full functional condition or not as described. This must occur within 30 days of receiving the item. Please send a message should you wish to perform an exchange pending our stock quantity. Replacements are shipped as soon as the original item is in transit back to our warehouse. Returns/Refunds are processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in the condition it was sent in. We will only provide a return shipping label if the item is deemed defective or not as listed.
