Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatch next working day.
Please make sure you have given us your full address including your full name. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address.
Our Free delivery service is via Royal Mail 48 which can take 3-5 working days to arrive, this is not guaranteed it is an estimated delivery time ONLY so we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by using our FREE delivery service. If you require your item within a specified time please choose one of our express delivery options.
In the event your parcel does not arrive within this specified time please check the Royal Mail track and trace website using the tracking number provided at dispatch, please check with neighbours and any safe place before contacting us. If you have checked and you have still not received your item you will be asked to wait 10 days from dispatch as Royal Mail procedure means they will not investigate lost parcels until this time has elapsed as your item may still arrive with you. In the event that your item is returned to us as uncollected from the Royal Mail delivery Office we retain the right to recover lost delivery costs from you.
