This watch is from the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time collection, named Houjou after the saké fresh clean cocktail created in the Star Bar by award-winning bartender Hisashi Kishi’s. The collection is inspired by the Japanese cocktail culture in Tokyo’s sophisticated Ginza area where traditionally ‘Communication hour’ – a hybrid of some (drink) and communication, is after 5 pm – when it’s cocktail hour and time to talk things over.
