Description Tim and Bear at the Harbour is the third program in the Tim and Bear series.  Tim and Bear go to visit their cousin, tina, and Uncle Bob.  They are all going to visit Uncle Bob’s old boat, which is lying in the harbour.  This boat cannot be used, because the propeller has been lost.  They decide to all go and look for the propeller has been lost.
