Payment
We accept all paypal transactions. Debit/credit card transactions can also be taken by Paypal. All of our prices include delivery.
Shipping
Once purchased and full payment has been recieved the product is packed and dispatched with care to ensure NO damage to the item. If payment is received before 2pm then in most cases we can ship the item the same day. Any payments after 2pm may be shipped the following day. Free Shipping is available to most areas in UK mainland. Additional charges will apply to certain areas. Zone 1 - England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Higlands & Islands) - Free Shipping Zone 2 - Highlands & Islands of Scotland - £9.99 Zone 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly - £14.99
Returns
A 10% handling charge for returns will be deducted from the payment before a reimbursement is issued. The product must be in re-sellable conditon, Undamaged and in original packaging. The return carriage will also be buyers responsibility. Any shortages on delivery must be notified within 3 days of delivery Replacements of any faulty products are free of charge once it has been established that it was infact a product fault and not damage caused during the installation. customers must send notification of a return within 21days of product dispatch.
