Payment Policy:

All auctions must be paid for within 48 hours of closing. If no payment is received after 24 hours, we will send you a reminder.

Shipping Carriers:

Most of our orders are shipped via USPS ground advantage. Orders $100 in value and higher have a signature requirement. Large orders including those with multiple items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Combined Shipping:

If you win more than one item in our weekly auction, feel free to send a request through eBay or send us a message for an invoice for discounted shipping (shipping is not combined on international orders).

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping cost varies depending on the value of item(s) and weight of the package/item(s).

Shipping Time: 

All auction lots usually are shipped within two-three business days upon receipt of payment.

International Orders

We ship with eBay’s global shipping program, only.

Return Policy:

If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and let us know your concern. We accept returns when the item is not as described. We do not accept returns without prior notification. Once we are notified, you have 14 days to return the item. PLEASE NOTE:  We will only reimburse you for initial shipping costs. All items MUST be returned in their original holders or packaging (if applicable) with no evidence of tampering.
