Seller Refurbished - Copper bowl is in excellent used condition and looks nearly new.  It looks and works beautifully.  Copper is shinny and clean.  Bowl was polished and sanitized in preparation for this sale.  It is ready for immediate food use.  Mixer stainless steel bowl and wire whip shown in pictures are not part of this listing.  You are buying a copper bowl insert only.

This copper bowl insert by manufactured by Atlas or possibly other company exclusively for use in Hobart N50 and Model G, 5 Qt. commercial stand mixers.  This bowl insert slips down inside of the original stainless steel Hobart 5 quart mixing bowl.  It will not work with glass or ceramic style mixing bowls.  Mixing bowl required to make this copper bowl insert work with your mixer is not included.  Ask questions prior to purchase if unsure of fit with your mixer and bowl as there are no returns.
