The aFe 46-20659-B BladeRunner Cold Charge Pipe replaces the restrictive factory cold side charge pipe on your 2020-2025 Ford Explorer ST or Lincoln Aviator equipped with the 3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine. This TIG-welded, mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipe features a 2-3/4" diameter that outflows the factory pipe by up to 28%, delivering improved throttle response and reduced turbo lag. Smooth transitions in the mandrel-bent construction decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss for increased horsepower and torque. The kit includes premium stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps and heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings for superior strength and durability. A 1/8" NPT port is provided for connecting sensors or water/methanol injection systems. Finished in wrinkle black powder coating with a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for a custom underhood appearance.
