The BMR RSK468R Rear Suspension Kit is a comprehensive performance upgrade designed specifically for 1978-1987 GM G-Body vehicles — including Buick Regal/Grand National, Chevrolet Monte Carlo/Malibu, Oldsmobile Cutlass, and Pontiac Grand Prix models with rear-wheel drive. This non-adjustable kit replaces the weak factory rubber control arm bushings with durable, greasable 95-durometer polyurethane bushings, mounted in heavy-duty DOM steel control arms and reinforced with braces. The result is a rear suspension that resists deflection and absorbs less energy under load, giving you sharper response, improved traction, and better handling consistency under acceleration or cornering.
Installation is bolt-on with no welding or fabrication needed, and the kit comes complete with all necessary hardware. The internally fluted polyurethane bushings help keep grease where it belongs, ensuring dependable performance even under hard launches or spirited street driving. Finished in a corrosion-resistant red powdercoat, the RSK468R not only improves chassis performance but also enhances the rear suspension’s appearance.
