U.S. WWI and WWII 75mm Gun Special Gas Shell Stencil. This shell was used on all versions of gas shells used in WWI: Chlorine, phosgene (choking agent) and mustard gas (which inflicts painful burns on the skin) were among the chemicals used. This stencil set includes the weight markers ++++, 75G (75mm Gun) and SPECIAL GAS for the reverse. The color bands are made with masking tape and are not included. The color band denoted the type of shell. Stencil 181.
