This is a 2003 Illinois Motor Tour Route 66 license plate numbered #41. It has never been used and is in excellent condition. There looks to be wear under the plastic on the red lettering. Likely from storage. The plate features the iconic Route 66 design and is a must-have for any collector of automobilia or license plates. The plate is from the state of Illinois and would make a great addition to any collection. Never out of the plastic. Limited number of these were made.
