Amada Dragon Ball Z PP Card Part 23 978 Goku PRISM 1994

As aforementioned, the vast majority of all the special prisms, double prisms, foil, puzzle, peel/hidden layered cards etc. are all protected within plastic cases (snap & screw).  They've been kept that way all this time since the early 90s.  The regular card sets have all been kept boxed away & have been touched only once (10/20/2022) since 1995 latest.
