RARE 1945 Antique Advertising Envelope HERNIA BELT Mexico Medical Romano Export

Postmarked June 25, 1945--I think I'm reading that right--has a picture of guy in undergarments with hernia belt on.  This was a company from Mexico writing to US.  Has wear, please see pictures.
