Her vest and skirt are removable. Her orange t-shirt and pink striped leggings are part of her soft body and cannot be removed. The pale blue shoes are sewn onto her feet for safekeeping.

Lilli-Lou is soft but sturdy enough to withstand rough play from children 18 months and up. A beanbag bottom means she can sit on her own.
