Zebra ZD510-HC  WIFI Thermal Network Wristband Printer with Power supply, USB Cable.

Link-OS and Print DNA software can work with this printer.

Adult Wristband cartridge  included. Not new- don't see a way how to tell how many used.


Download and install ZDesigner driver from Zebra website before connecting printer. After printer is installed and connected go to Control Panel- Devices and Printers , right click on Printing preferences, Advanced Setup- Tracking Mode set to Mark Sensing. When setting label in ZebraDesigner software choose Orientation - Landscape, in Label Dimensions window set label Width which is not total width but PRINTABLE width. For adult size wristbands - Sum of Label Margins and Printable Width should amount 279.4mm. (Numbers for supplied cartridge wirstband dimensions). Example: Printable width 200.4mm, empty margin from Left 35mm, empty Margin from right 44mm, then 200.4+35+44=279.4 . Label size is taken from cartridge chip and calibration not required.


To install as a network printer first install using USB cable, then connect directly to router using network cable. Then go to Control panel- Add printer-Network printer- Choose Printer isn't on a list- type in IP address from the sticker on printer- Device type-Print Server-ZebraDesigner-ZD510-HC. Install, configure- Add label size, calibrate and you are ready. (Now it has Static IP address assigned- sticker on printer.

If it is not available on your network- set your own. Network reset information on sticker).

Some troubleshooting tips:


If printer installs but when you send print job - nothing happens.
 Go to Control Panel - Devices & Printers - Right click on printer- choose Remove. Turn printer Off then On again. Wait until printer will  install again, go to Printer Preferences- Options-set label size- Tools- Run Calibration and  try to print delivery label again. Don't print Windows test print. If unsuccessful - repeat procedure until Windows install printer correctly or can try through Device Manager-Printers- Uninstall.
 If printer prints empty labels.
First off all make sure that labels are loaded facing up. 
Use labels supplied with printer. Some labels are designed for Thermal Transfer only- they work with ribbon only.
If printer is printing empty label after printing correct one- Run Calibration.
