Cool Vintage Tiki Mug imported by efcco quality imports San Francisco, Ca.  Made in Japan.  Mug does have some overpainting on the rim and some white spots around the rim.  There is also some on its face.  The condition is all in the pics.  Inside the mug is in good condition.  

   The mug measures 4" tall 3 1/2 wide at is base.
