This is a VINTAGE STERLING CHINA PEDESTAL TEA CUP AND RETICULATED SAUCER.   The set has an IRIDESCENT FINISH.

 The base, handle and rims are gilded. The lower area of the cup is a pale yellow.  The upper edge of the cup and the base has a"thumb prints" pattern, giving the set an added elegance.  The saucer is 6" in diameter and has a rose pink center with a gold design.
