Brand new in box never opened if you look at pictures 10 and 11 you’ll see the plastic tabs are in tack and not cut or peeled. I bought this for my granddaughter along with a few others. This was put away in storage. Please look at all photos as the box was under other toys in storage so even though it was not opened it is scuffed from storage.
