Our Model Scenery items are printed on top of the range 3D printers at their finest quality settings. All items are produced from CAD drawings of the real life objects with the only concession to scale being thickening walls where a true scale thickness would not be possible to produce.
As a result, our scale objects are as close to scale accurate as it is possible to get with current technology. All items are printed in PLA plastic wiich is a renewable plastic that has much higher strength and flexibility than resin prints, enabling us to use much thinner walls to retain accuracy.

NOTE: Due to the fine scale of these skips, the walls are quite thin and can appear slightly translucent if backlit or placed on a base with a high contrast pattern. This can be solved by either painting the interior, or loading with a simulated load such as fine sand and other items. Some colours may also be more translucent than others.
COLOURS:
Colour may show some minor variation between batches, but all packs will contain items from one batch, ensuring consistency within the pack.
MADE FROM RENEWABLE MATERIALS
All The New model Workshop items are 3D printed in environmentally friendly PLA Plastic, which is made from renewable corn starch rather than oil. PLA breaks down in landfill in about 80 years to Water and Carbon Dioxide and does not leach harmful chemicals into the environment. PLA Plastic is not suitable for use outdoors, in direct sunlight, next to heating sources or in any environment exceeding 45ºC. Returns will not be accepted for melted items.
LEAD TIMES
All items are manufactured to order. Despatch lead time may be up to 5 working days, dependent upon current order volume and material delivery. We maintain our 'stock' availability to match our current order queue and confirmed material availability. If the item variant you want is showing out of stock, check back every few days as we only list items that we have the material either in-stock or confirmed delivery tracking for.
3D PRINT COSMETICS
3D printing does not produce smooth shiny plastic surfaces, While we maintain high standards of quality control and use only materials that we have extensively tested for quality and durability, items may contain purely cosmetic flaws, blemishes or minor colour variance between parts or items of the same stated colour.
Our Scale model items are supplied in a standard suitable for immediate use as background decoration. As with any scale model product, use in a foreground setting may require some additional preparation and finishing by the modeller.
SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally.
UK Shipping will be via either EVRI or Royal Mail Tracked services depending which is most appropriate for your order.
This is a mailable free shipping item, and does not count as the first item for the purposes of our combined shipping policy.
We combine shipping, and our maximum Mainland UK P&P charge is £3 on a single cart order. If you did not use the shopping cart option to check-out your items, please contact us via Contact Seller and we will combine your orders and adjust your shipping charges accordingly.
We will refund any shipping charges that eBay may add over the £3 limit on a single cart order.
If you wish to add to an order previously submitted, but not yet despatched, please contact us via eBay messaging. If your order has not yet been packed, and we are able to reach an agreement on a new despatch lead time, we will honour the £3 maximum to include the additional items.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items damaged in transit.
Where an item fails in normal use, replacement parts will be provided on receipt of photographic evidence.
Replacements will not be provided free of charge where a part shows evidence of heat or UV exposure damage, stripped screw threads or damage due to overtightening.
PLA is resistant to Polystyrene cement, but is dissolved by Acetone and Limonene and some other solvents.
Replacement parts can be purchased on request.
