Directions: Preparation: Place one scoop of Quick Blue into a non-metallic mixing bowl and slowly mix Oreor Creme Developer until desired consistency is reached.Developer Mixing: Off-Scalp Application: For foil or plastic wrap techniques mix with 1.5 to 2oz of 20 or 30 volume creme developer, depending on the level of lift you want to achieve. On-Scalp Application: Mix with 1.5 to 2.5oz of 20 or 30 volume creme developer, depending on the level of lift you want to achieve.
