Note
1.When operating the
controller, the operator should wear safety glasses.
2.Periodically check the AC
power cable for damage and the power plug or socket for dust
accumulation.
3.The power cable of the
controller is a three-wire plug, which is connected to the
standard three-wire socket. Ensure that the power cable is
grounded.
4.If the power supply voltage
is unstable, connect the controller to the power regulator.
Usage Method
1.The common rail injector
directly or into the clamp connected to the ordinary hand
pressure type verifier high-pressure tubing.
2.Select the appropriate plug
according to the brand of the injector, and correctly connect
the wiring harness with the injector.
3.According to the injector
brand, select the corresponding drive mode, at this time you can
hear the injector solenoid valve to pick up the armature "snap,
snap" sound.
4.By constantly pressing the
calibrator lever, to provide the appropriate injection pressure,
the general pressure value of 30-40MPA is the best, at this time
can observe the atomization performance of the injector.
5.Through the external
measuring cylinder, the oil injection and oil return of the
injector can be tested. |

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be
in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with
the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged
items, depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be
covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be
deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase
