DELIVERIES

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends. You should expect to receive your goods the next working day depending on the item, certain items may take a few days. Please check product descriptions for more details.

Orders received before 2PM are generally processed the same day. Please note all goods will be delivered within the statutory performance period of 30 days, from the date of payment. However we will aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible.

Please do not organise any trades people until you have received your goods, as we are not liable for their time should a delivery fail.

Our standard delivery is to UK Mainland only. If you belong to any other location, please contact us before placing a bid or making a purchase so we can give you a price for delivery.
Any additional charges are dependent on your location and the size and weight of the item(s).

Incorrect Orders

You must ensure that the address details supplied while placing an order are correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

Damaged Deliveries

All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packaging materials. However, in the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. We can then supply you with a replacement free of charge. If we are unable to replace for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or a credit to use against

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day returns policy for any items that are unused and unwanted.

When returning any unwanted items, please ensure they are returned in their original packaging and well packaged.

If the goods are received back unused and in a resalable condition, a refund will be made less any delivery or collection charges we have incurred.

Please note any items that have been specially made to order are not refundable.

Any other goods, which we accept back, are to be returned by you to our place of business at your expense.

Payment is welcome via PayPal. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, or other methods such as cheque or bank transfer, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
